We are often asked this question, it best describes our service to say, if we a have a Trichology patient for whom the best solution would be to ware a wig or hair piece, then we can help, where as we don’t consider ourselves as wig suppliers for every eventuality, simply because there are all sorts of reasons why people may choose to ware a wig other than hair loss, which is of corse is our focus.

Richard first started to supply and fit wigs when, after training as a Trichologist he found he couldn’t treat all his patients clinically and needed a cosmetic option.

Some clients may be necessity wearers who require a wig that they can wear at all times. Some clients don’t necessarily need a wig they just like the idea of an instant new hair style. Whether the client is a full time or weekend wearer advice can be offered.

The first point of contact is a consultation, which can take up to an hour. During this time measurements are taken.

Richard will then discuss the quality and suitability of bases with you. There are a number of different options such as hand tied or machine wefted.

Catalogues will be used to determine the style. There are somewhere in the region of two thousand variations in colour, length, shape and fit. It would be impossible to stock this amount but they can be offered and usually arrive within forty eight hours.

High quality man-made fibre, human hair and bespoke wigs are supplied.  After care products and equipment are also available. A second consultation is required, when the wig can be approved, fitted and cut if necessary.
